Buying a home is one of the biggest investments most people will ever make, and having clear, reliable information is essential. As a home inspector, I provide thorough, unbiased inspections that help buyers understand the condition of a property and make informed decisions with confidence.

I take pride in having a critical eye for detail and a methodical approach to every inspection. My goal is not only to identify significant concerns, but also to help clients understand what those findings mean in practical terms. Whether it's immediate repairs, future maintenance planning, or simply gaining a better understanding of a home's systems, I aim to provide the information you need without the sales pitch.

When I'm not inspecting homes, you'll usually find me rolling dice in a tabletop roleplaying game, painting and battling miniatures in Warhammer, or throwing discs at a local disc golf course. At home, I'm also proudly owned by my Shiba Inu, Shippo, who keeps a close eye on quality control.

A good inspection is about more than finding defects. It's about giving you the knowledge and confidence to move forward with one of life's most important purchases.

Standards and Qualifications

We've been trained by some of the best inspectors in the country, and carry the AHIT certification. AHIT is the largest home inspection training institute in North America, and is approved by ASHI, NACHI, and other professional organizations. We're ready to put that experience and knowledge to work for you.

Our Service to You
